Terms and Conditions for Suppliers using the TAHPI+ Platform
By accessing the TAHPI+ website Sellers Console and uploading your products you agree to the following terms and conditions shown below.
The Purpose of the platform
The TAHPI+ platform is intended for linking products suppliers to the local wholesalers, who will then re-sell to the general public. The TAHPI+ platform may also be used for selling to large healthcare organisations such as Governments or Hospital networks. They can then supply the products to their own network or re-sell to others.
Basic Conditions
TAHPI+ is a platform owned and operated by TAHPI Pty Limited.
You agree that TAHPI+ is an introduction platform between suppliers and purchasers. TAHPI+ does not own or sell any products.
When TAHPI+ forwards to you an offer to buy one or more products, you will honour the advertised price including any volume discounts declared on the site.
You may add shipping and customs costs or Government duties to the purchase cost as appropriate for each region of the world.
You will accept or reject the offers forwarded to you by the TAHPI+ platform.
If you accept the offer, TAHPI+ will link you with the buyer.
You will engage with the buyer, send them your purchase contract including any requirements for deposit, payment terms, shipping etc.
You will organise to directly receive all payments from the purchasers.
You will answer any enquiries from the purchasers as your customers.
You agree that TAHPI+ only introduces you to the potential purchasers and has no further involvement in money transfers, pricing, delivery and quality of your products.
You will not hold TAHPI+ and TAHPI Pty Limited responsible for any aspect of the accuracy of your information, payments from the purchaser, the reliability and conduct of the purchaser.
You agree that TAHPI+ and TAHPI Pty Limited have no financial responsibility whatsoever for the sale of products from you to the purchasers.
Legal right to sell in a particular market
TAHPI+ and TAHPI Pty Limited do not accept any responsibility for the local registrations of the products.
TAHPI+ and TAHPI Pty Limited do not make any representations as to the legal status of your products for sale in any region of the world or any specific Country.
It is up to you to organise local registrations of your products as legally required. In order to do so, you may enter into agreements with the wholesalers who offer to re-sell your products.
TAHPI+ Service Fees
You agree to pay TAHPI+ an amount equal to 15% of the final purchase price of the product as invoiced to the client as advertised on the TAHPI+ platform without any added taxes, charges and shipping costs.
The payments will be made to the nominated account of TAHPI Pty Limited in US$. Any conversion of currency, if required, should be done on the day of transfer.
Payments should be made before the end of every month, if during that month a purchase has been fully completed and funds received from the purchasers.
Non-circumvention
Once an introduction to a purchaser is made to you by TAHPI+, you agree not to circumvent the TAHPI+ platform to conclude your arrangements for purchase without paying the TAHPI+ service fee.
All future purchase orders of the product(s) originally advertised on the TAHPI+ platform by the same purchaser will also be processed on the TAHPI+ platform and subject to the service fees.
